Refugees

With over 70 million refugees around the globe, the UNCR (United Nations Command -Rear-), WHO (World Health Organization) and other global relief agencies have declared that they do not have the resources to provide even minimal care for such a multitude of people.

Indigents

In addition to the refugees there are hundreds of millions of indigent people living in third world nations. The definition of "indigent" is that a person is so poor they are unable to provide for themselves. War, drought, famine and abject poverty has brought these people to the very edge of existence. Unless the world reaches out with a hand of compassion, millions of these will perish.

RL Ministries though its program RISEN Together is working with both secular and faith based groups who are on the ground working with these people and engaging them with life giving support.
